Mr Tang has over 10-year working experience in corporate finance, mainly helping the mainland enterprises to raise fund from capital markets both at home and abroad. He worked as a senior officer, a partner, and a head of corporate finance in several famous securities companies from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. He has obtained rich experience in public listing of enterprises and financing by means of participating in sponsoring the mainland enterprises to get IPO in A-share market and helping some of them to be listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange.

As the founder of Fortune Forging Capital, Tonny has also accumulated much experience in corporate restructuring and M&A by assisting China Western International Holdings Limited to realize Reverse Take Over in Australia in 2003.

Mr. Tang also played a key and instrumental role in helping FFC's long term client, China Singyes Solar Technologies, in its corporate restructuring and IPO listing in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2009.

Mr. Tang earned his bachelor degree in China and has local CPA license.
