(hereinafter "Singyes Solar") was listed on the HKSE Main Board on January 13 (stock code: 00750), 2009. 60 million Singyes shares were issued at HKD1.05 per share. The net amount raised by Singyes Solar through the issue after deducting related expenditures reached approximately HKD28 million and the sponsor of the listing was Industrial and Commercial East Asia Finance Holdings Ltd. Three venture capital funds, i.e. IP Cathay under iD TechVentures, Asset & Ashe under Asset & Ashe Management Limited and Hua VII under Vincera Capital Management Co., Limited have reportedly invested in Singyes Solar prior to the listing and are likely to exit after the listing. Singyes Solar is mainly engaged in the design, assembly and installation of traditional curtain walls; design, assembly and installation of the integrated system of thin film PV buildings; manufacturing and marketing of solar products; as well as design services and marketing of curtain wall materials. |
