Established in the 1980s, TEE International Limited is a Singapore listed firm and has transformed its business from an electrical engineering service provider to a niche engineering specialist in rebuilding, infrastructure, security & control and property investment & development with its operations in Singapore and Southeastern Asia.

Changjiang Xincheng, a Chinese IT engineering company, was introduced by FFC to TEE Int'l while the Singapore group was looking for a "China Concept" partner to complement its existing business in 2005.

FFC's acted as the sole and exclusive financial advisor to TEE Int'l to acquire 59% of Changjiang Xincheng after its restructuring in 2004. FFC leveraged its knowledge and network to identify for the client a match to enhance the core value of the client.
