FFC was the sole financial advisor of Pearl Digital Software Development (Shanghai) Co., LTD and assisted in its equity private placement for a total funding of US$650 million for management buy-out. FFC managed the whole process of the transactions and teamed up with the business partners to effectively execute the deal.
