Jynda Bio-Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 in Hunan Province in China specializing in bio-tech pharmaceutical product development.  The firm has been since fast growing and become one of the leading firms in its field in China.

As of today, Jynda has five subsidiaries devoted to the research and products of 3 key bio-tech areas.  It has a total asset of over RMB300 million and near 700 employees among whom over 30 are industry top experts.

FFC was the sole financial advisor of the then fast growing Jynda and assisted in its equity private placement of 2006 for a total funding of US$4 million. We managed the whole process of the transactions including re-structuring and valuation.  FFC teamed up with the business partners to effectively execute the deal.
